Gorge helps you cast loam and cave let's you get extra dredges in off of a land and always have a land in the yard in a fetchless deck to loam back.
Besides the ox high jinx and the obvious beat down that happens after you get your engine going dredge is basically a combo deck that needs to get to 4 land, 1 being green 2 being red. then I would make sure you have a playset of ] and ] and some Stomping Grounds if you have them. You could play 3 loam for budget reasons also. Something like this but ghoul instead of bloodghast. Imo I would copy a Silversmote ghoul list exactly except the fetches.
